SRX17066021: WGS of Janibacter limosus: strain P1(28)-3
1 OXFORD_NANOPORE (MinION) run: 115,941 spots, 764.4M bases, 626.3Mb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was extracted and purified using DNeasy Blood & Tissue KIT (Qiagen, Germany) according to manufacturer instructions. The SQK-LSK109 Ligation Sequencing Kit with the EXP-NBD104 and EXP-NBD114 Native Barcoding Expansion kits were used to prepare the library according to manufacturer instructions. The reads were basecalled and demultiplexed using the guppy_basecaller (v.5.0.11).

show Abstracthide Abstract
Vicia alpestris is endemic plant, which grows in Caucasus Mountains region: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia and Russian Federation. Since V. alpestris plants grow in hard-to-reach habitats at altitudes of 2700-3300m their microsymbionts were not studied until recent time. Some of these isolates fom V.alpestris nodules are similar to the evolutionary advanced forms like Rhizobium leguminosarum, other to evolutionary early symbionts (Bosea, Tardiphaga etc).
